The first thing you're going to want to do is use your feet to drive your back right back into that pad behind you. From there you will perform the chest fly. One thing to pay attention to when you're doing the chest fly itself is when you bring your arms back don't go too much further past making a straight line with your arms and chest. This will make it so you don't put too much stress on the shoulders.
