For our isometric lunge you're going to be performing a lunge but then just holding it low above the ground. So you want your feet spread apart when you drop down and you want that knee to be right at 90 degrees during the hold. The higher you go with this movement the easier it is so just find that sweet spot and just hold it right there for a given time.
