Start by lying on your back and then you're going to bring your hips up into a straight line from your shoulder down to your knees and you're just going to take a step forward out as far as you can. Sometimes you can't go that far and that's totally fine. Come right back to your original position and make sure your feet are flat on the ground. Keep going back and forth and make sure your glutes are staying engaged and your core is also engaged as well.
