Dumbbell Seated One Arm Shoulder Press

Start by having a seat and all you need is one dumbbell so i'm gonna have one dumbbell in my left hand and my right arm will have nothing. I'll begin by bringing the dumbbell up to my shoulder and i'm going to press straight overhead and then come back down.

The goal is to keep my shoulder as close to my ear as i can so we're not pulling away from our body at an angle. Make sure your core is engaged.
